21 Day Fix Paleo Day 1



Today was my Day 1.

And as I'm finishing my quite literal GALLON of water, I figured it's a good time to reflect on the day!



Breakfast:
2 egg omelet with spinach and grape tomatoes
1 red, 1 green

Snack:
Coffee with coconut oil, sugar snaps
1 tsp, 1 green



Lunch:
Shakeology, berries, 8 oz unsweetened almond milk, unsweetened coconut flakes, ice
1 red, 1 purple, 1 yellow, 1 orange



Snack:
Apple, walnuts
1 purple, 1 blue



Dinner:
Ground turkey with tomato sauce, steamed broccoli with coconut oil and sea salt, carrots and snow peas, sweet potato
1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow, 1 tsp

Water:
65 oz



Workout:
Total Body Cardio Fix (8 lb weights)

Mental:
Day 1 is always easy, because your head is IN THE GAME.  Everything is new and you're determined.  The extra hunger or workout burn you feel is nothing, because you're stronger than that ;).  It's NBD.  So yeah, today was good.  The trick is to keep the Day 1 feeling GOING!!
