21 Day Fix Paleo Day 2

Made it through another day!  Once again today wasn't so bad!  I had a bit more hunger today, because my metabolism is all revved up,  And I definitely wanted to eat a jar of almond butter.  But I was GOOD!  No cheats, no excuses.

Breakfast:

Strawberries and blueberries, honey, vegan chocolate Shakeology blended with water and ice
1 Purple, 1 Red

Snack:
Coffee with coconut oil, sugar snaps
1 tsp, 1 Green

Lunch:

Eggs, tomatoes and peppers, banana slices
1 Red, 1 Green, 1 Purple

Snack:
Apples, cashews
1 Purple, 1 Blue

Dinner:

Bacon wrapped chicken, sweet potatoes, steamed green beans with coconut oil and sea salt
1 Red, 1 Yellow, 1 Green, 1 tsp

Snack:

2 egg omelet with hot sauce, coconut flakes
1 Red, 1 Orange

I know it's a bit weird to snack on eggs and coconut flakes at night, but I do my workouts around 7pm and need something after that will sustain me.  The coconut is just because I forgot it earlier ;).

I added an extra fruit today in lieu of a second yellow.  It's not a perfect switch, as I'm a bit hungry now, but this isn't a perfect system!

Upper Fix
Awesome workout today.  My abs hurt, and my arms are feeling strong!  I am bloated from all the extra water and I can't WAIT to get my stomach back...

On to the next!
