 21 Day Fix Paleo Day 3

I had to pull some major motivation today!  I am so thankful for my challenge groups to keep me IN THE RIGHT MIND!!

I went to Subway today with my family. My hubby never gets to do lunch with us so I wasn't about to say no, but I also have GOALS and they don't include bread ;).  So I was "that girl"... the one who takes her protein shake and carrot sticks and buys her kids a sandwich on white bread with a cookie as a treat.

Breakfast:
Chocolate vegan Shakeology blended with 8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk and coconut flakes, mixed berries with drizzle of honey
1 Red, 1 Yellow, 1 Orange, 1 Purple

Snack:
Coffee with coconut oil, sugar snaps
1 tsp, 1 Green

Lunch:
On the go:  Tropical strawberry vegan Shakeology shaken with water, carrot sticks
1 Red, 1 Green

Snack:
Gala apple, walnut halves.
1 Purple, 1 Blue

Dinner:
Burger, green lettuce leaves, tomato slices, sweet potato.
1 Red, 1 Green, 1 Yellow

Snack:
Burger, 1 slice of bacon
1 Red

There was a point tonight where I wasn't sure I could make it.  I was HUNGRY.  I did my workout a bit early, before dinner, but dinner just wasn't enough, so by 7pm my stomach was GROWLING, so my snack that was supposed to be eggs became the other burger patty with some hot sauce and a piece of bacon ;).  It did the trick.  I've been fine the rest of the night!  That is why I love these accountability groups.  One post saying, "HELP I want to eat the fridge!" and I'm back in the game.
