21 Day Fix Paleo: Day 4

Today was another good day!  I haven't been this strict with my plan in a while and YES I really want to eat the kettle corn in the pantry and I miss oatmeal a lot... but it also feels good to set a goal and work for it.  I'm working hard and focusing on my results, and I'm not starving myself at all, just keeping myself from having the things that aren't aligned with my ultimate goal.  When you want it bad enough, I feel like it just makes it easier to say NO to the "bad foods".

Breakfast:
2 eggs, scrambled, with grape tomatoes and hot sauce.  Small banana.
1 Red, 1 Green, 1 Purple.

Snack:
Carrot sticks
1 Green

Lunch:
Chocolate Vegan Shakeology, mixed with 1 tsp almond butter,coconut flakes, ice and water.  Mixed berries and grapes with honey drizzled on top.
1 Red, 1 tsp, 1 Orange, 1 Purple

Snack:
Gala apple
1 Purple

Dinner:
Lettuce scoops, ground turkey cooked with southwest seasoning, lightly sauteed diced bell peppers and tomatoes (I didn't use the whole green container of veggies), 1/2 small avocado

1 Green, 1 Red, 1 Blue

Snack:
Sweet potato, southwest seasoned ground turkey
1 Yellow, 1 Red

Workout:
I swapped the Fix Pilates for PiYo Core. I love that one, because it makes me feel so strong and graceful but also kicks my booty!!  It was a nice stretch after a few days of working my body hard with the Fix workouts.

Today was also my yellow/purple swap, so I had an extra fruit.  Drank my gallon of water.  All in all, it was another successful day!
