21 Day Fix Paleo: Day 6

Another solid day!  Finishing my gallon of water, got all my food in and my workout went great.  I have gone 6 days without sugar, dairy or grains... that just seems crazy to me, considering a year ago I was addicted to pasta and cheese and anything sweet.  I know 6 days isn't a lot in the grand scheme, but it's the longest I've ever gone without grains!

Breakfast:
Berries with honey and coconut, Vegan Chocolate Shakeology with water
1 Purple, 1 Orange, 1 Red

Snack:
Carrots
1 Green

Lunch:
Tilapia, steamed green beans with coconut oil and sea salt, banana
1 Red, 1 Green, 1 tsp, 1 Purple

Snack:
Gala apple, walnuts, almond butter (I melted the almond butter and drizzled)
1 Purple, 1 Blue, 1 tsp

Dinner:
Southwest seasoned chicken, lettuce leaves (like taco shells), peppers.
1 Red, 1 Green

Snack:
Sweet potato with cinnamon, Vegan Chocolate Shakeology with iced coffee
