21 Day Fix Paleo: Day 7

Today was just weird.  It was my rest day.  I had planned on doing PiYo but just seriously needed the rest, so I took it.  I cleaned my kitchen and did some laundry and was active around the house, but no official workout.  We also went to lunch out and a friends' house for dinner so I ate a bit beforehand and took my containers with me and ate some brisket (not pictured) with my container foods.  I am also missing a Red, though I'm happy with calling the brisket two Reds.  It was delicious, but not something I normally eat!

Breakfast:
Tropical strawberry Shakeology with water.  Mixed berries with honey and coconut.
1 Red, 1 Purple, 1 Orange.

Snack:
Coffee, sugar snaps
1 Green

Lunch:
Green lettuce leaves, southwest seasoned chicken, avocado
1 Green, 1 Red, 1 Blue

Snack:
Sweet potato, Banana
1 Yellow, 1 Purple

Dinner:
Brisket, apple, carrots
1 Red, 1 Purple, 1 Green

Snack:
Almond butter
2 tsp

Workout:
None, Rest Day

AND, here are my ONE WEEK stats!

I lost 2 lbs and 3 inches this week!  I'm very happy about that!  I pushed hard and made it happen!

I'm hoping for similar results from week 2!!
