21 Day Fix Paleo: Day 10

Back from our mini trip, and back on schedule.  I did go over 1/2 Red today, but I was seriously gut-hurt starving, most likely from doing two workouts yesterday and the Barre Fix tonight!  Whew, it seriously revs my metabolism when I work out daily.

Breakfast:
Shakeology, Berries, Coconut, Almond Milk
1 Red, 1 Purple, 1 Orange, 1 Yellow

Snack:
Sugar Snaps
1 Green

Lunch:
Tuna and Avocado Lettuce Wraps
1 Red, 1 Blue, 1 Green

Snack:
Apples and almond butter
1 Purple, 2 tsp

Dinner:
Tilapia, sweet potatoes, green beans
1 Red, 1 Yellow, 1 Green

Snack:
Egg Whites and Bacon
1.5 Red
