21 Day Fix Paleo: Day 11

I strayed off the 21 Day Fix workout path today.  It was pilates day... I'm just not a fan of the Fix Pilates.  So I amped it up a bit and chose a workout from Turbo Fire.  Nutrition was still awesome, and I'm really getting the hang of this gallon of water a day thing!!

Breakfast:

Tropical strawberry Shakeology, mixed berries and coconut
1 Red, 1 Purple, 1 Orange

Snack:
Sugar snaps
1 Green

Lunch:

Egg whites, ground turkey, spinach
2 Red, 1 Green

Snack:

Apples, walnuts, almond butter
1 Purple, 1 Blue, 2 tsp

Dinner:

Burger, sweet potato, green beans
1 Red, 1 Yellow, 1 Green

Snack:
Banana slices
1 Purple

Workout:
Turbo Fire Fire 40 Class
Amazing workout!!  My absolute favorite!!  If you have access to the Beachbody On Demand platform you should definitely try it.  Or if you don't, you should ask me about a 30 day trial.  Anyway, I was a sweaty mess and felt great after a really good and fun workout.

I'm actually a bit amazed at how much easier this is this time.  When your mind is in the right place and you're really working toward a goal, it's so much easier to stay on plan.  Hope my remaining days are as great... I need them to be!
