ChaLEAN Extreme Day 3

Today's workout got cut short by a few min. I ran out of time and had to get my kids from school. Almost didn't get to cool down!  Burn Intervals is part weights, part cardio, full OMG.  Haha.
Food was good again today, except dinner was horrible (undercooked and couldn't fix it) so I threw it out and had another Shakeo ;). I threw some greens and a half a banana in it to make up for dinner. It was SO much better!
And PS, I have MUSCLES coming back :).
