The Fix plan is actually pretty simple.  Especially when you find some sort of system for yourself, something that will keep you going when you just can't figure out a NEW set of meals to keep things fresh.


Spinach, chopped veggies (bell peppers, carrots, tomatoes), tuna, avocado salad
2 Green
1 Red
1 Blue

Bacon wrapped chicken, steamed green beans, sweet potato
Green
Red
Yellow 

Steamed veggies (broccoli and carrots), Ground turkey in tomato sauce, sweet potato

(*I didn't count the tomato sauce because there was so little of it and I skipped a fruit that day, but you would count it as one half purple container*) 


Lettuce wrap with ground turkey, chopped veggies (bell peppers, tomoatoes), avocado slices

Thin cut seasoned beef strips, steamed green beans, sweet potato
Green
Red
Yellow

Southwest seasoned chicken, green beans, rice
Green
Red
Yellow 

Taco zoodle salad:  seasoned ground turkey, black beans, cheese, sauteed zucchini ribbons
Green
Red
Yellow
Blue
