Spicy Fish Tacos


This is one of those loose 21 Day Fix recipes.  You need to be careful of your portions, and you'll most likely want double what you're allowed!

Start by grilling tilapia (I seasoned mine with Southwest seasoning) on an indoor grill (or by grill pan on the stove) for about 5-6 minutes, making sure to spray the grill liberally.

In the meantime, slice half a cucumber and one carrot into matchstick pieces, and slice half an avocado.

Layer:  tortilla (one large wheat, two small corn, or two small corn+wheat tortillas), sliced cucumber and carrot pieces, tilapia half, avocado slices and hot sauce (pictured is sriracha which is not Fix approved--if going fully with the plan please use Mexican hot sauce instead).  Please check your book to make sure you're using correct and updated portion sizes.

1 Red (fish)
1 Green (veggies)
1 Yellow (tortillas)
1 Blue (avocados)
1 tsp (oil on fish)
