Tuna Avocado Salad


Have you been missing tuna salad?  Mayo definitely isn't on the 21 Day Fix plan, but you don't need it!  Just use this simple recipe for a healthy version you can put on bread or carb free on a bed of spinach.

Choose your canned tuna in water to avoid the oil, and flake into a bowl.  Slice one half an avocado and mash with the tuna.  Add lemon or lime juice, or seasonings for extra flavor, or just leave as is--it's perfect with nothing added to it!  Serve with spinach, a side of carrots and a lemon juice and olive oil dressing  (or your favorite vinaigrette).

2 Green (spinach, carrots)
1 Red (tuna)
1 Blue (avocado)
1 Orange  (dressing)
