Hammer and Chisel: Week 4
I'm officially halfway through the program! I'm feeling strong!
Now's usually the time I start to get bored with a program and I start missing my other favorite workouts. I usually start mixing my program up with a day of PiYo or I switch a workout for a TurboFire HIIT. I'm not going to do that this time. I'm in a Test Group with a bunch of my coach friends and fit friends and we're all motivating each other to keep going when it gets tough!
The good news is I haven't hit that "bored phase" yet! I've continued to surprise myself throughout this 60 days.
Here's to halfway! Week 5 begins tomorrow!
