Tuna and Avocado Salad

I'm staying true to my portion container eating and this is a perfect meal for anyone who's following the 21 Day Fix or other portion container meal plan.

It's so easy to make.  I pre-chopped my bell peppers to have them ready, so all I had to do was open a can of tuna (I prefer the white albacore packed in water) and put everything together!

Spinach, peppers and tomatoes, tuna, avocados, lemon juice.

That's it :)
