I'm so close to the finish line!  I've past the halfway point, getting out of the soreness, and starting to really notice some changes.  I'm hungry all the time, which means my metabolism is going, and I'm actually needing a bit of a break from heavy weights.  Just part of the program ;).

Workout:  Power Hammer

Workout:  Chisel Balance

8lb, 10lb, 15lb weights, mat, wide-toe shoes

Workout:  Max Hammer Strength

Equipment used:15lb weights, resistance bands, mat
