Whole Wheat Waffles for Lunch

Sometimes healthy lunches can be tricky.  It's always salads!  Every meal plan is leftovers or salads, am I right?  So I decided to do something awesome this week and NOT have a single lunch salad or leftover ;).  I went with my FAVORITE lunch item--BREAKFAST!

Waffles alllll week.  Have you done this?  The recipe is from 100daysofrealfood.com and can be made in large batch and frozen and reheated super quickly.

Whole Wheat Waffles with nonfat Greek yogurt, honey, and organic blueberries and strawberries

Whole wheat waffles, nonfat Greek yogurt, sliced bananas, mandarin orange segments

For those of you counting containers...  Waffles are 1 Yellow each, fruit is 1 Purple, yogurt is 1 Red, peanut butter is 1-2 tsp, Shakeology is 1 Red.
