You already know it's my soulmate workout (tied only with TurboFire), the one I love and talk about all the time.  I love coaching people through this program!

PiYo is a blend of Pilates, Yoga, and Strength Training, using only bodyweight.  It's quick moving and very effective for weight loss, toning muscles, strengthening "trouble spots" like knees and back,  and gaining flexibility.

It's popular with runners and weightlifters who need something to complement their high impact workouts, and with those who used to dance, need low impact, don't have a lot of space for equipment, or just want something DIFFERENT from what they're used to.  It's a workout unlike any other, and one I absolutely adore.

I am also certified to TEACH PiYo Live classes, so my March PiYo Strength group will get a few bonus YouTube workouts from me along the way :).
