Spring Into Fitness Challenge

Woohoo, It's officially SPRING!! I LOVE this time of year--it always feels like a fresh start for me. I am getting ready to start over after a much needed Spring Break (where I allowed plenty of rest and recovery days, both with fitness AND nutrition). Want to join me?
I'll show you exactly what I do to get in shape and STAY THAT WAY so when you decide to take a week off you won't totally derail your health and hard work. It really comes down to having the correct tools, knowing how to properly use them, and finding motivation and support through a coach and a group of like minded individuals.

I am keeping groups small this month, but opening up two of them to accommodate the needs of my challengers. One starts TOMORROW, and the next begins the FOLLOWING MONDAY after Easter.
