Stop Dieting

Stop the diets. Stop starving. Just choose real food, eat smaller portions of it, and make sure there are lots of variety in colors throughout the day. Beige food is not your friend ;)wink emoticon.
Clean eating isn't a quick fix. It's a way of life! Start small, making a few swaps here and there, and work your way into a more nutritionally sound lifestyle!
This is what 300 calories of protein, vitamins and healthy fat looks like. And it only took me a few minutes to make. A lot better than a burger and fries, and will definitely feel better in my gut ;).
