Take the rest day



Take the rest day.
You know when you need it. Your body is aching in a way that exercise won't help, when you're sick and breathing is a challenge, when you have been totally in the game but wake up one morning just feeling like you need the mental break.
But when you've made the transition to working out daily, rest days become more of a challenge than just doing the workout wink emoticon. So do yourself a favor and TAKE THE DAY!
