20 min meal: taco zoodles

I don't do long drawn out recipes lately. It just doesn't fit my life.  What does work is quick, healthy, and dishes that can be easily customized for both me and my kids.

Here's one for you: taco zoodles

Brown ground beef, and add taco seasoning or southwest seasoning and water to make your taco meat.

For the kids, or the picky eaters, serve this meat with cheese, salsa, tomatoes, whatever in tortillas.

For your healthy minded self, Spiralize a zucchini, slice a bell pepper, and Sautee both in a pan with a bit of coconut oil. Add some red pepper flakes and garlic powder,  toss, and serve with taco meat.

Super easy to make and to clean, and healthy!
