Chris came home from wake boarding with some serious soreness, so it inspired me to do some research . Here are 10 foods that can speed up muscle recovery. Of course there are probably a million more, but these are ones you're likely to have on hand or have easy access to (no need for an exotic health food store). Pasta is another acceptable carb to replace potatoes, and of course bananas and avocados offer potassium.
