Now: smart clean nutrition and effective workouts, feeling energized and clear headed, thoughts of confidence and purpose, almost zero depression and anxiety, amazing support system, feeling healthy and strong

Don't tell me you can't do it. Tell me it's not a priority, or that you just don't want to do the work, but don't tell me you can't.

We can do hard things. We suffer loss, live through physical and mental illness, go through deployments and moves and family changes. We start new jobs, go to school, get married, have children, and make tough choices every day.

So no, don't tell me you can't.

You just need to believe it <3. Or, lean on me while I believe it for you, until you can catch up :).
