Y'all, it's been a hot minute since I've hosted a special group but I really wanted to do something amazing for anyone out there (like me) who's been struggling a bit leading up to the fall and winter months.

I'm looking for at least 5 ladies 👋 to work with me this month!

🎃 30 minute workouts using nothing but a laptop or smartphone, yoga mat and your own bodyweight (you can even do this while travelling)

🎃 Nutritional support with a superfood shake and clean eating

🎃 Fall recipe exchange (pumpkins, soups, crock pots, instant pots, healthier swaps for your fave fall sweets)

🎃 Motivation galore from me and the entire group as we rock life together for 4 weeks

This group is open to all my friends and former/current clients who want to focus on something besides stress eating this holiday season ;). Pricing varies depending on your personal needs, so jot me a message and we'll see what we can work out for you! ❤️
