Monday Motivation

How's your Monday been?

Today was another day 1 for me :). I finished a workout program last ween so I needed to commit to another!

Do y'all have a lot of "day 1"s?? Always starting over, always recommitting? 

It's ok!! It's all part of the process! This year has NOT been an easy one for ANY OF US! The trick is finding the right routine that feels good and fits, and then when things come up you work around it so you don't have to feel like you're quitting all the time ;). 

Everyone has to start somewhere! Grab a friend or family member and get at it sister! ❤️
